As you cruise through my words, I hope to uncover the qualities that make our company an outstanding provider of creative products as well as an amazing community to build a career.
A Brief History of Time
Our journey began in August 2019, as a film festival consultancy firm and the take-off was great. The beginning of FY 20/21 came shocking to us. As the COVID-19 pandemic hit the global cultural economy, like many small media initiatives, we were also affected by the loss of clients and cancellation of contracts.
Providentially, we managed to sail-through and stand strong the last pandemic year, as surviving and sustaining our business operations tend to be our prime goal. And, I thank all our existing clients, business associates, and freelancers who supported us during this challenging year.
You don’t need magic to disappear. All you need is an action to take!
Artists integrated is a young community of creatives, eager to make its mark in the Indian creative economy – not by disrupting the old players in this field but by contributing to the expansion of this economy. As the Chief Executive Officer of this young enterprise, I carry a special burden of ensuring this happens in the next four years.
Jobs fill your pockets, but adventures fill your soul.
As we are entering FY 21/22, I am delighted to share our growth plans and corporate policies.
As the creative economy in India looks very promising in the next four years, Artists integrated has decided to align its corporate objectives with it.
To achieve our goals, we will be investing in upgrading our in-house facilities to add value to our existing products and services.
We have decided to further strengthen our foothold in the non-organic creative productions serving corporates, non-government, and financial sectors across India, by investing in lead generation, enhancing production values, and improving delivery chains.
We are also exploring the opportunities to leap into the productions of IP content, as the growth of the Indian cultural economy is mainly driven by this sector.
And, needless to say, without a talent pool we are no match for our plan. We have resolved to give accent to performance and the commitment of an individual, while onboarding talents for us. Artists integrated is aiming to increase its team size by 300% by the end of FY 21/22. This recruitment drive will have direct employees, on-contract recruits, trainees, and interns.
Instead of focusing on the competition, focus on the customer.
We are focused to ensure our client's mission objectives are achieved with the highest level of quality assurance and at the lowest possible cost. Our methodology ensures that all our assignments are completed on time and delivered on schedule. Our clients come to us with confidence that we have the expertise to take creative production to the next level of performance and we never plan to let them down.
Talent is the multiplier. The more energy and attention you invest in it, the greater the yield.
